Although this is a very simple photograph of a flower, it has caught my attention while flipping through the pages of a book. The flower looks fragile. It has already fallen apart from the bouquet, yet it is still in bloom, sustaining its own beautiful color and shape by itself. This tiny delicate body of flower holds the empty space of the image alone, telling a hidden story.
I get to wonder if it is slowly giving up on its life or it is still struggling fiercely to live, to survive, or sustain its beauty.
